This Company Owned By Puan Maharani's Husband's Profit Fell 76 Percent

JAKARTA - PT Rukun Raharja Tbk recorded a significant decline in performance throughout 2020. The net profit of the issuer coded RAJA shares fell 76.43 percent to 1.38 million US dollars in 2020 from previously reaching 5.70 million US dollars.

Based on the financial reports published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website, Friday April 16, Rukun Raharja's profit fell along with the decline in revenue to US $ 98.76 million. This realization decreased 19.13 percent from the previous year amounting to 122.13 million US dollars.

Along with this decline, RAJA's cost of revenue fell to 82.67 million US dollars. The company's gross profit was recorded at US $ 16.09 million or decreased by 5.85 percent from the previous year amounting to US $ 17.09 million.

Although able to cut the cost of revenue, RAJA recorded a decrease in other income to 2.32 million US dollars from the previous year of 8.47 million US dollars. On the other hand, the company also posted a foreign exchange loss of US $ 457,544, whereas the previous year RAJA posted a foreign exchange gain of US $ 1.03 million.

This, resulting in pressure on the net income account. As for 2020, RAJA's total assets were recorded at US $ 166.64 million, down 7.64 percent from the previous year of 180.44 million percent.

Meanwhile, RAJA's cash and cash equivalents were recorded at US $ 38.8 million. Meanwhile, RAJA's liabilities decreased to US $ 43.39 million from the previous year amounting to US $ 57.73 million.

RAJA's equity increased to US $ 123.24 million from US $ 122.7 million the previous year. Then RAJA's assets were recorded at US $ 166.64 million as of December 2020, down from the position in the same period the previous year valued at US $ 180.44 million.
