Wulan Guritno Turns Commissioner In Lucy In The Sky, A Company That Wants To IPO Target Funds Rp40 Billion

JAKARTA - PT Lima Dua Lima Tiga plans to list on the exchange by conducting an initial public offering (IPO) in early May 2021. On the other hand, it turns out that there is the name of popular artist Wulan Guritno behind the manager of this Lucy in The Sky entertainment venue.

The target of achieving funds from this IPO, as quoted from bisnis.com, Thursday 15 April, is as much as Rp40.50 billion. The company's management stated that the initial offer of this stock will be conducted in the period 13 - 19 April 2021.

The allotment date is April 29, 2021, and the distribution of shares and series I warrants on May 5, 2021. Stock listings and warrants on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on May 5, 2021.

Currently, the shareholders of PT Lima Dua Lima Tiga Tbk are Felly Imransyah 45.81 percent, Surya Andarrurachman Putra Tahir 24.52 percent, and PT CRA 29.68 percent. Felly served as director of PT Mahaka Media Group, by Erick Thohir, in 2002-2006, and is now the president commissioner of PT Lima Dua Lima Tiga.

Surya Andarrurachman Putra Tahir serves as president director. In the board of commissioners, there is one famous name, namely Sri Wulandari or more familiarly called Wulan Guritno.

Lima Dua Lima Tiga plans to release up to 337.50 million new shares or equivalent to 32.61 percent ownership after the IPO. The initial offer price is set in the range of Rp100 - Rp120 per share.

Thus, Lucy in the Sky has the potential to receive fresh funds of around Rp33.75 billion - Rp40.50 billion. In this IPO, the company will also issue series I warrants as many as 236,250 million warrants accompanying new shares or as much as 33.87 percent of the total issued and fully paid shares.

This warrant will give the holder the right to buy ordinary shares at an execution price to be determined later. About 60 percent of the IPO proceeds will be used by the company to open new outlets, in line with the company's strategy to expand and strengthen its presence in the market.

While the remaining 40 percent of the IPO funds will be used by the company for capital expenditures and working capital for existing outlets. Meanwhile, Lucy in the Sky is one of the pioneers of night events or nightlife events in the F&B room located in the Sudirman Central Business District (SCBD) area of South Jakarta.

The company has good experience and track record in the restaurant, bar and hospitality industries. Lucy in the Sky is part of the Shah Establishment, which is famous for hotels, residential complexes and other lifestyle venues.
