Property Company Owned By Conglomerate Eka Tjipta Widjaja Launches The 'Wish For Home' Program With Various Discounts

JAKARTA - Property developer, Sinar Mas Land launched the 2021 National Program called Wish for Home. This was launched by the company as support to people who need homes in times of pandemic.

"We launched the 2021 National Program called Wish for Home as support for people who need homes during the pandemic", said Managing Director of Strategic Business & Services Sinar Mas Land Alim Gunadi in a written statement, who was curated on Saturday, March 6.

The company, owned by the late conglomerate Eka Tjipta Widjaja, provides various payment reliefs for both cash and KPR express purchases including discounts of up to 15 percent, incentives to build the house up to 10 percent, free of charge for the acquisition of land and building rights (BPHTB), subsidies for up to DP. with 15 percent, KPR installment subsidies, free transfer fees, free KPR/KPA (House Ownership Credit) fees, and additional discounts for some products.

Alim explained that the period for the Sinar Mas Land Wish for Home program starts from March 6 to December 31, 2021. The types of products offered are ready stock and under construction for houses, plots, apartments, shop houses, and stalls.

Wish for Home is divided into three periods, namely 6 March - 30 June, 1 July - 30 September, and 1 October - 31 December. The highest promo size is offered in the first period and decreases in subsequent periods.

Buyers in the first period will receive financing relief in the form of discounts of up to 15 percent, housing incentives of up to 10 percent if the purchase is in cash or down payment subsidies of up to 15 percent, interest subsidies, free transfer fees, and BPHTB.

Sinar Mas Land also provides incentives for referrers of 0.75 percent. This promo is valid for all people who want to get additional income from home. The method is easy, namely providing reference contact data for people who are interested in buying property products in the Wish for Home program.

Sinar Mas Land will follow up on the contact provided until the transaction occurs. There is also an additional 1 percent discount on property product purchases for loyal Sinar Mas Land customers who have previously made transactions in the Move in Quickly program in 2020.

The Sinar Mas Land project, which is part of the Wish for Home national program, is spread across several regions. In Tangerang there are Taman Banjar Wijaya and BSD City, including the Marigold Navapark, The Zora, Akasa, and Upper West.

In South Jakarta there are The Elements, Southgate Residence which has Altuera towers, Elegance, Prime, and Aerium Apartment in Taman Pertama Buana. In addition, Kota Wisata dan Legenda Wisata in Cibubur, Grand Wisata Bekasi, Delta Mas Cikarang City, Wisata Bukit Mas and Klaska Residence in Surabaya, Nuvasa Bay in Batam, and Grand City Balikpapan in East Kalimantan also enlivened this program.

Interested consumers don't have to worry about banks supporting the Wish for Home program because Sinar Mas Land collaborates with 13 favorite banks such as Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Permata Bank, Maybank, BCA, BNI, BRI, BTN, UOB, Danamon, OCBC, CCB, and Bank Panin.

Sinar Mas Land Head of National Sales Division Binsar Pandiangan said the categories offered in Wish for Home are products launched in 2019 or earlier. The second category is ready stock.

"The two categories are under construction and ready stock. There may be site houses such as shophouses, houses, apartments, or flats, then there are lots, also specials for apartments in Jakarta," he said.

The discount given by Sinar Mas Land does not include the 0 percent down payment stimulus and VAT incentives issued by the government. Binsar revealed that non-plot homes get 10 percent lighter and occupancy incentives.

"The residential incentive can be cashback or other discounts. Also, certain products get an additional 2.5 percent discount", said Binsar.
