JAKARTA - Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Arifin Tasrif opened his voice regarding the discourse on distributing rice cookers for free.

According to him, currently there is no budget provided for the procurement of free rice cookers for the public.

"There is no budget yet," he told the media quoted on Wednesday, November 30.

Arifin added that the program's discourse still requires further investigation because it will also involve other ministries and institutions.
