Good News From Lippo Cikarang, Property Developer Owned By Conglomerate Mochtar Riady Wants To Share Interim Dividend Of Rp150 Billion

JAKARTA - Good news for the shareholders of PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk (LPCK). The property developer belonging to the conglomerate Mochtar Riady will distribute an interim cash dividend in the near future.

This dividend distribution is based on a circular decision of the Board of Commissioners dated August 30, 2021. The Board of Commissioners of the Lippo group issuer has approved the Decision of the Board of Directors dated August 23, 2021, regarding the distribution of cash interim dividends for the 2021 financial year.

Meanwhile, Lippo Cikarang will issue an interim dividend of Rp150 billion. This means that each holder of one LPCK share will get Rp56 per share.

The interim dividend will be distributed to shareholders whose names are recorded in the register of shareholders (DPS) on September 9, 2021, until 16.00 western Indonesia time (listing date) and/or owners of LPCK shares in securities sub-accounts at the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI) on trading close on September 9, 2021.
