JAKARTA - Technology company PT Global Sukses Solusi Tbk is preparing to take the floor on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) by conducting an initial public offering (IPO).
Global Sukses Solusi offers a maximum of 196.8 million shares or the equivalent of 20.01 percent of the total issued and fully paid capital after the IPO. The offering price is around Rp. 230-Rp. 254 per share.
As a result, Global Sukses Solusi has the potential to pocket fresh funds of up to Rp49.9 billion. The schedule for the initial offer period is August 20-26, 2021 with an estimated effective date of August 31, 2021.
