Improving The Quality Of Human Resources, Muamalat Institute Various Sharia Sciences To Hijrah Coach

Jakarta - Muamalat Institute (MI) and Hijrah Coach signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) related to cooperation in improving human resources (HR) through leadership programs and coaching certification.

Muamalat Institute Executive Director Anton Hendrianto said that this collaboration was successfully built thanks to the common vision and mission of the two institutions to form superior human resources in the sharia and halal industries.

"I firmly believe that this cooperation is a strategic alliance that will bring about significant changes in Indonesia," he said in a press statement, Friday, July 30.

According to Anton, coaching ability is one of the competencies that must be possessed by a leader in an organization. For this reason, providing basic leadership principles is an absolute must to be able to win today's competition, especially in the financial services sector.

"I believe coaching is an important element as well as an element that supports productivity and company performance," he said.

On the same occasion, Founder and CEO of Hijrah Coach Daru Dewayanto admitted that he was happy to be able to increase capability and credibility in the field of Islamic economy. Moreover, MI is the business wing of the first Islamic institution in Indonesia, namely Bank Muamalat.

"My team and I can add self-reflection, my friends from MI and Bank Muamalat are quite senior while we are only in the industry for about ten years. Through this Hijrah spirit, we want to help as much as possible and contribute to the people," he said.

Daru added, the synergies that exist can open up mutual insights on the importance of collaboration between fellow business actors.

"Alhamdulillah, we are increasingly focused on running this business. God willing, we are trying to become an important player in Indonesia, especially in the sharia-based financial industry by combining our core competencies," he concluded.
