PP Presisi Achieves IDR 3.9 Trillion in Revenue, Strengthens Liquidity through Strategic Steps

JAKARTA - PT PP Presisi Tbk (PPRE) held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) for the 2025 Book Year, Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPSLB) for 2026 and Independent RUPSLB for 2026 which resulted in a number of strategic decisions to strengthen the company's fundamentals, increase financial flexibility, and support sustainable business growth.

In the midst of current challenges and dynamics, PT PP Presisi Tbk continues to show resilience in performance by recording consolidated revenue of IDR 3.9 trillion in the 2025 fiscal year, an increase of around 4 percent compared to the previous year of IDR 3.8 trillion. This achievement reflects the Company's success in implementing a business diversification strategy and maintaining operational productivity sustainably.

In addition to recording revenue growth, the Company also managed to record a liquidity ratio (Current Ratio) of (1.15 times), remaining above the banking covenant limit of (1.1 times). Meanwhile, the ratio of interest-bearing debt to equity (Interest Bearing Debt to Equity Ratio) is at the level of (0.86 times), which is also below the covenant limit.

This performance shows that the business diversification strategy and disciplined financial management are able to maintain the stability and fundamental resilience of the Company in the midst of industry dynamics.

In addition to discussing the annual report and the use of net profit, the RUPSLB also approved changes to the composition of the Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners as part of strengthening corporate governance and leadership.
