KAI Vice President of Corporate Communication, Anne Purba, said that currently, KAI is focusing all efforts on the process of evacuating passengers and crew of the facility, as well as handling victims at the location with the main priority of safety.

Meanwhile, PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Operation 1 Jakarta said that the disruption of train travel in the East Bekasi area, specifically at the KM 28+920 East Bekasi Station, occurred on Monday at 20.52 WIB.
