BRI Will Distribute Dividends of Rp52.1 Trillion, Check the Date

JAKARTA - PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI) has set the recording date for the 2025 fiscal year cash dividend on Wednesday, April 22, 2026. The recording date itself is the determining date for investors who are entitled to receive dividends.

Based on the information disclosure submitted to the Financial Services Authority (OJK) on Monday, April 13, BBRI distributed cash dividends for the 2025 Fiscal Year to Shareholders of IDR 52.1 trillion or IDR 346 per share.

This amount includes an interim dividend of IDR 20.6 trillion or IDR 137 per share that has been paid to shareholders on January 15, 2026. Thus, the remaining cash dividend to be paid to shareholders is recorded at IDR 31.47 trillion or IDR 209 per share.

BRI President Director Hery Gunardi said that the decision to distribute this cash dividend was a tangible manifestation of the Company's commitment to provide optimal returns for shareholders, supported by solid financial performance and well-maintained risk management.

"The distribution of this dividend is based on the Company's positive performance, which is supported by the strengthening of the UMKM segment as BRI's core business, as well as the acceleration of digital transformation which continues to expand the reach of services and improve operational efficiency," said Hery, Wednesday, April 15.

The dividend distribution is based on the Company's consolidated financial performance, for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025 of IDR 57.132 trillion, with total profit attributable to owners of the parent entity of IDR 56.65 trillion. The final dividend determination also has taken into account the applicable legal regulations and the Company's Articles of Association.

The following is the schedule for the distribution of BRI's cash dividends for the 2025 financial year:

- Ex-Dividend Date of Trading of Shares without Dividend Rights

- Dividend Payment Date May 8, 2026
