The Ministry of Finance Announces the Transfer of Masyita Crystallin's Duties to Danantara Investment Management

JAKARTA - The Ministry of Finance announced that the Director General of Financial Sector Stability and Development (SPSK), Masyita Crystallin, has officially completed his term of office.

Furthermore, he will assume a new role as Head of Economic & ESG Strategic Positioning at PT Danantara Investment Management (Persero), effective February 11, 2026.

Head of the Communication and Information Services Bureau of the Ministry of Finance, Deni Surjantoro, said that the assignment was part of a strategic step to strengthen the synergy between public policy and investment, in order to accelerate the deepening of the national financial sector.

"With long experience in the fields of macro-finance, financial system stability, and the development of sustainable financial sector policies, Masyita Crystallin is expected to strengthen the integration between economic policy directions, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles, and long-term investment strategies," he said in a statement. , Friday, February 13.

During his tenure as Director General of SPSK, Masyita Crystallin was actively involved in various reform agendas in the financial sector, ranging from strengthening the framework for financial system stability, developing the domestic financial market, to harmonizing regulations in the implementation of the Financial Sector Development and Strengthening Law (UU P2SK).

This change of duty also reflects the government's commitment to maintaining leadership continuity and good governance, in order to maintain stability while encouraging the transformation of the national financial sector.

All transition processes are carried out in an orderly manner by upholding the principles of good governance.

"The Ministry of Finance expresses its appreciation for Masyita Crystallin's dedication and contribution during his tenure as Director General of SPSK, and believes that his new role will further strengthen the orchestration of policies and investments in support of the national development agenda," he concluded.
