Purbaya Re-does the Rotation of Tax and Budget Officers

JAKARTA - Minister of Finance Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa has again rotated employees in the Ministry of Finance.

On this occasion, as many as 40 employees of the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) and three employees of the Directorate General of Budget (DJA) were officially rotated.

"I, the Minister of Finance, hereby officially appoint you in your new positions in the Ministry of Finance," he said at the Inauguration of the Pratama High-Level Officials of the Ministry of Finance, Friday, February 6.

This inauguration is the third in the last one month, previously on Thursday, January 22, Purbaya appointed four tax officials in the North Jakarta area.

Furthermore, on Wednesday, January 28, he reappointed 36 Kemenkeu officials from the Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DJBC), the Directorate General of State Assets (DJKN), the Directorate General of Treasury (DJPb), and a number of other units.

According to Purbaya, the rotation is part of a strategic step in organizational improvement.

"This time is the third inauguration in the last month. This is part of the strategy to improve the organization by placing the best people in strategic places and at the right time," he said.

He emphasized that the rotation and mutation of employees will continue to be carried out continuously and is a common thing in organizations.

Purbaya also asked employees not to worry about the process because rotation in the tax environment and other fields is something normal.

"So don't be afraid, don't despair. This is a common thing. This is a planned step to strengthen the performance of the organization. Rotation is a natural thing in the organization, the goal is to refresh both employees and for the organization. The Ministry of Finance faces very complex challenges, so it requires employees and organizations that are always fit," he said.
