JAKARTA - Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto said that he and the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) discussed two draft presidential regulations as a result of the United States reciprocal tariff or Trump tariff.

He explained that the draft presidential decree had been evaluated by the KPK in terms of risk assessment.

When asked about the KPK's response to the risk assessment in the purchase of energy and aircraft, Airlangga explained that it was only related to the mechanism.

In line with Airlangga, Deputy Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Yuliot Tanjung who was also present at the meeting said that he discussed the US reciprocal tariff with the KPK.
"Yes, regarding reciprocal tariffs with America. So, yes, it is related to energy imports carried out by Pertamina," said Yuliot.
He said the meeting with the KPK was then important because it was an effort to mitigate corruption in the energy sector.
