Hold the 2025 AGM, SIG Strengthen Transformation through Strengthening Governance

JAKARTA - PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (the Company) on Monday, December 22, held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) in Jakarta with two agenda items, namely the Approval of Amendments to the Company's Articles of Association and the Delegation of Authority to Approve the Company's Work Plan and Budget (RKAP) for 2026 including the Amendment.

The meeting approved changes to the Company's Articles of Association, among others, in order to adjust to laws and regulations, to reorganize all provisions in the Company's Articles of Association, and to grant the Board of Directors of the Company with the right of substitution to take all necessary actions related to changes in the articles of association.

The meeting also agreed to give authority and power to the Board of Commissioners by first obtaining written approval from the Majority Shareholder of Series B Shares to approve the Company's 2026 Annual Work Plan including its amendments.

Corporate Secretary of SIG, Vita Mahreyni said, the Company welcomes the decision of the GMS, to support the Company's initiatives in carrying out business operations effectively and efficiently. In the midst of dynamic industry challenges, the Company needs to move quickly to respond to all forms of change in order to remain superior and be the leader.

In the midst of challenging industry conditions throughout 2025, the transformation carried out by SIG managed to maintain solid operational performance and maintain profitability through increased cost efficiency and optimization of the export and regional market portfolio to overcome the slowdown in domestic market demand.

"The momentum of this meeting is an energy for management and all employees to carry out the Company's three main strategies, namely improving the management of the micro market, cost efficiency, and optimizing green cement products and sustainable solutions.
