BPH Migas Extension Of Fuel Filling Without QR Code In Aceh

JAKARTA - The Upstream Oil and Gas Regulatory Agency (BPH Migas) has extended the release of subsidized fuel filling and exemption from the use of barcodes for disaster management until December 25, 2025.

This is an answer to the letter requesting the Governor of Aceh, Muzakir Manaf, who asked for an application for additional fuel quota and relief during the extension of the emergency response status period in Aceh Province.

"In connection with the letter from the Governor of Aceh regarding the Request for Additional BBM Quota and Application for Subsidized Fuel Filling and Release of the use of barcodes, government official vehicles, heavy vehicles, and disaster logistics transport vehicles are not included in consumers of certain types of fuel (JBT). Solar Oil," wrote Head of BPH Migas Wahyudi Anas, quoted Friday, December 12.

Wahyudi explained, to support disaster management during the extension of the emergency response period, BPH Migas also provided relief in the purchase of JBT Oil Solar and Types of Special Assignment Fuel (JBKP) Pertalite for government service vehicles, heavy vehicles, and disaster logistics transport vehicles. Then, BPH Migas also charged the purchase of JBT Oil Solar and JBKP Pertalite can be done manually by tanp QR Code in disaster-affected areas during the extension of the emergency response status period from December 12, 2025 to December 25, 2025 according to the Decree of the Governor of Aceh.

Regarding the application for additional fuel quota, BPH Migas ensures that it will maintain the availability of fuel supply, both subsidies and non-subsidies in the Aceh region.

"With regard to this above, in its implementation it will be carried out further by PT Pertamina Patra Niaga as the Assignment Implementing Business Entity. For its attention and cooperation, we thank you," Wahyudi wrote.
