Summarecon Wins 16 Awards At The 11th Property Teacher Indonesia Property Awards

JAKARTA - Ahead of his 50th birthday, PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (Summarecon) again won special achievements by winning 16 awards at The 11th Property Teacher Indonesia Property Awards.

The highlight of this event is the provision of a Lifetime Achievement Award to Soetjipto Nagaria, the founder of Summarecon, for his fundamental contribution in building an integrated township concept for five decades which has become Summarecon's identity.

The awarding ceremony which took place at The Ritz-Carlton, Pacific Place Jakarta, on Friday, November 21, 2025, paid tribute and recognition to Soetjipto Nagaria's long vision and work in creating residential and commercial areas that encourage the development of various city-scale areas in Indonesia, which are also centers of activity for across generations.

"This award is very special because it coincides with PT Summarecon Agung Tbk's 50th Anniversary. I stand here with deep gratitude for receiving the Lifetime Achievement Award. It is a great honor not only given to me but for the entire Summarecon family. The award given is binding on me to be more consistent in the future to give the best for Indonesia in the future," said Summarecon Founder Soetjipto Nagaria, in his statement, Wednesday, November 26.

Property Guru also named Summarecon as Best Developer, a historic milestone that strengthens Summarecon's position as one of the leading developers in Indonesia.

The achievements of 16 awards also emphasized the achievements of Summarecon during the 50 years of building and managing various townships such as Summarecon Kelapa Gading, Summarecon Serpong, Summarecon Bekasi, Summarecon Bandung, Summarecon Emerald Karawang, Summarecon Bogor, Summarecon Mutiara Makassar, Summarecon Crown Gading, and Summarecon Tangerang.
