Director General of Oil and Gas of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources Laode Sulaeman explained that negotiations between Shell Indonesia and Pertamina Patra Niaga for the purchase of base fuel have entered the final stage.
"Shell has final negotiations," Laode told the media crew, quoted on Tuesday, November 25.
