FSRU Lampung Receives 20th LNG Cargo With A Capacity Of 130,000 M3

The Floating Storage Regasification Unit (FSRU) Lampung has again received 131,000 m3 of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) cargo for the needs of PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGN). The LNG is sourced from the Domestic LNG Plant.

PGN's Commercial Director, Aldiansyah Idham, said that the 20th cargo receipt was carried out on November 12 - 14, 2025 with theship-to-ship-transfer (STS) process carried out by PT PGN LNG Indonesia (PLI).

"The acceptance of the 20th cargo proves the reliability of FSRU Lampung as one of the frontlines in maintaining clean energy supply and also reflecting strong synergy in PGN Group. This consistency is the foundation in strengthening gas services for the community and industry, as well as moving the wheels of the national economy," he said in a statement to the media, Tuesday, November 18.

Di sisi lain Direktur Utama PLI, Nofrizal, menambahkan bahwa keberhasilan ini juga mencerminkan kapabilitas operasi yang semakin matang.

"Since the beginning of operation, we have been committed to presenting energy solutions that are connected, safe, and sustainable. Every STS activity is carried out with the highest safety standards," he added.

Until November 14, 2025, FSRU Lampung received 20 LNG cargoes with a volume of approximately 58.03 million MMBTU. PLI continues to play an important role in meeting the needs of the industrial and power sectors, especially in the West Java and Sumatra regions.

The storage capacity of the Lampung FSRU itself reaches 170,000 m3, with an LNG regasification capacity of 240 MMSCFD.
