He said Citilink airline had previously served the Aceh-Jakarta route, and vice versa, Aceh-Medan and Umrah Aceh-Jeddah flights.
The presence of Citilink will certainly support the Aceh economy, because the air transportation mode has increased which connects Aceh and Jakarta.
He said that so far his party had not received a notification letter from Citilink, however, PT Angkasa Pura Indonesia, the Sultan Iskandar Muda International Airport Branch Office, Bangang Bintang Aceh Besar, is ready to provide maximum service to all airlines.
"Usually approaching the day of their inaugural flight, they send us a letter," he said.
The airlines currently operating in Aceh are Pelita, Garuda Indonesia, Lion Air, Batik Air, Super Air Jet, Fire Fly, Air Asia and Susi Air.
