All Citilink Domestic Flights Move To Terminal 1C Soetta Airport Starting November 12

JAKARTA - Citilink Indonesia will focus all its domestic flight operations at Terminal 1C Soekarno International Airport (Soetta) starting November 12, 2025.

Citilink's President Director, Darsito Hendroseputro, said the transfer process had been carried out in stages on part of Citilink's domestic route since August 2025 to ensure smooth operation without disturbing customer comfort.

"Now, all Citilink domestic flights with routes to and from Jakarta will officially operate at Terminal 1C, while Citilink international flights will continue to operate at Terminal 2F," he said in an official statement, Wednesday, November 5.

Darsito said Citilink ensured that there would be no changes to the flight schedule in line with the transfer of this terminal.

"Even so, the company urges passengers to arrive early at the airport and reconfirm information on the departure schedule and terminal before traveling," he said.

Darsito mengatakan, pemindahan seluruh operasional penerbangan domestik Citilink ke Terminal 1C Bandara Soetta merupakan langkah strategis perusahaan dalam meningkatkan operasional sekaligus menghadirkan pengalaman perjalanan yang lebih nyaman bagi pelanggan.

“Melalui langkah ini, diharapkan Citilink dapat menghadirkan layanan yang lebih efisien dan optimal, dengan tetap mengutamakan aspek keselamatan dan keamanan penerbangan,” ucapnya.

Darsito said the transfer of all Citilink domestic flight operations to Terminal 1C of Soetta Airport was a strategic step for the company to improve operations as well as provide a more comfortable travel experience for customers.

"Through this step, it is hoped that Citilink can provide more efficient and optimal services, while still prioritizing aspects of flight safety and security," he said.
