JAKARTA - The Ministry of Finance reported that until the end of September 2025, it had realized debt withdrawals of IDR 501.5 trillion or around 68.6 percent of the total debt financing target set at IDR 731.5 trillion.
Deputy Minister of Finance Suahasil Nazara explained, this achievement reflects significant progress in fulfilling current year's debt financing.
"Current debt financing has realized IDR 501.5 trillion from a plan of IDR 731.5 trillion. So our debt financing is around 68.6 percent of the target," he said at a press conference on our State Budget, Tuesday, October 14.
According to him, the debt financing strategy goes according to plan with an anticipatory approach and careful risk management, with measures such as prefunding, adequate cash buffer formation, as well as cash and debt management have been actively implemented.
"We continue to carry out financing that mitigates risks, we do it very, very measurably and we carry out various kinds of relationships with investors to ensure that our debt financing is on track," he said.
Meanwhile, non-debt financing was recorded at IDR 43.5 trillion, or equivalent to 62.6 percent of the allocation in the APBN of IDR 69.5 trillion.
Meanwhile, this non-debt financing is investment, not additional debt, and is allocated to various priority sectors.
"Our financing is not only debt financing, but also non-debt financing. Some are foreign currency, some are from rupiah financing," he said.
