JAKARTA - Shell Indonesia announced that all gasoline fuel stocks (BBM) are no longer available or run out. This condition occurred simultaneously at all Shell network gas stations in the country.

"Sorry, gasoline-type fuel products are not available at the Shell gas station. Sorry for your inconvenience," Shell wrote on her official Instagram account @shell_indonesia, quoted on Saturday, October 4.

"Currently, gasoline Shell BBM products (Shell Super, Shell V-Power and Shell V-Power Nitro+) are not yet available on the Shell gas station network," Shell continued.

Shell admitted that he continues to coordinate with the relevant government and other stakeholders so that gasoline-type fuel products are re-available on the Shell gas station network as soon as possible.

The availability of fuel products must all be in accordance with global standard operational safety and quality fuel.

Even so, Shell ensures that all gas stations continue to operate to serve the needs of Shell V-Power Diesel fuel.

Products and services at Shell Select, Shell gas station workshop, Shell Recharge and Shell lubricant are also still available.

"Thank you for your trust and support for Shell. We really appreciate your every visit and look forward to your next arrival," concluded Shell.

Previously, President Director & Managing Director of Mobility Shell Indonesia Ingrid Siburian said Shell has 197 gas stations on the island of Java and only 5 points in Cirebon and Cilegon still have stock.

"So only 5, the only one selling gasoline is outside Jakarta. And our estimate tomorrow (Thursday, October 2) will run out completely," explained Ingrid, quoted on Thursday, October 2.

Nevertheless, Ingrid ensured that her party did not terminate employment (PHK) for employees during the empty fuel stock. According to him, Shell only adjusts operating hours and maximizes the store and workshop business.
