Don't Run Out! KAI Distributes Long-distance Train Ticket Discounts Of Up To 20 Percent

JAKARTA - PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) or KAI presents a special promo for discounting long-distance train tickets by 20 percent. This program is present in the context of KAI's 80th anniversary.

KAI Vice President of Public Relations, Anne Purba said that through the 80th Anniversary discount, KAI wants to provide a more affordable, comfortable, and memorable journey for the community.

"We hope that this promo can be a momentum to bring customers closer to KAI services," he said in an official statement, Wednesday, September 3.

This promo applies to various service classes, ranging from Economy, Business, Executive, Luxury, to Communication, so that customers have more travel options as needed.

Anne added that this program is expected to provide wider opportunities for the community to enjoy safe, comfortable, affordable, and environmentally friendly train trips.

"Hopefully this promo will present the vibrant 80th Anniversary of KAI in the community and make every trip with KAI more memorable," said Anne.

The following are the terms and conditions for KAI's 80th Anniversary promo:

1. Purchases of tickets at discount rates can be made on all official KAI channels until September 30, 2025.

2. The discount rate applies for the departure period until September 30, 2025.

3. Valid in various service classes: Economy, Business, Executive, Luxury, and Partment.

4. Discounts do not apply at special rates and cannot be combined with other reductions/discounts.

5. Tickets with discount rates can be canceled or rescheduled according to applicable regulations.

6. Valid as long as the discount ticket quota is still available.

7. List of trains that get discounts can be checked through the Access by KAI application.
