Regarding the MURI award, PTPP succeeded in making the first innovation in Indonesia in the Application of BIPV (Building Integrated Photovoltaic) technology in the Bank Indonesia IKN Office Complex Building Project, as a concrete example of its commitment to sustainability development. BIPV technology on the roofs of this building not only utilizes glass roofs as an architectural element that includes natural sunlight into buildings but is also integrated as a solar power plant.

In addition to producing energy, the BIPV roof in the BI building also functions as thermal isolation so as to reduce the cooling load of the room and reduce carbon emissions for greener earth. With BIPV technology directly integrated into the building structure, creating perfect harmony between aesthetics, function and sustainability.

PTPP Corporate Secretary, Joko Raharjo said that this achievement is a form of the company's commitment to supporting green development in Indonesia.

"BIPV is an innovation that answers future energy challenges and strengthens PTPP's position as a pioneer of sustainable construction," said Joko.

This 2025 achievement adds to the MURI record series that PTPP has achieved. In 2023, PTPP also recorded three MURI records, including the Shooting Field with the Highest Elevation in the Building on the Attorney General's Project, the Toll Road Work with the Pile Slab Method Case In Situ fastest on the Semarang Demak Toll Road Project, and the Toll Road Work with the Most Pre-Fabricated Vertical Drain (PVD) Points on the Semarang Demak Toll Road Project.
