Bahlil's Subordinates To Gerindra Politicians Occupy Positions As Directors And Commissioners Of PGN

JAKARTA - The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) of PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGN) has reshuffled the board of commissioners and directors of the company.

In this EGMS, shareholders agreed to remove Arief Setiawan Handoko as President Director of PGN and replaced by Arief Kurnia Risdianto, who previously served as Director of Risk Management.

Meanwhile, the position of director of finance is occupied by Catur Dermawan, who previously served as Director of Finance & Business Support of PT Pertamina Lubricants.

Then the position of Director of Strategy and Business Development was occupied by Mirza Mahendra who also served as Acting Director (Plt) of Downstream Oil and Gas Business Development of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources. Not only that, Mirza has also served as Director of Oil and Gas Program Development in 2023 and 2024.

In the position of independent president commissioner and commissioner, shareholders agreed to appoint Tony Setia Boedi Hoesodo as an independent commissioner replacing Amien Sunaryadi. Just so you know, Tony is a retired TNI officer and sent a three-star honorary general, Lt. Gen. (Hor), from President Prabowo Subianto recently.

There is also the name Edward Omar Sharif Hiariej who is Deputy Minister of Law (Wamenkum) as commissioner of this gas company.

The commissioner position is also occupied by Golkar Party politician Rambe Kamarulzaman and Deputy for Cabinet Secretariat Administration, Thanon Aria Dewangga.

Meanwhile, the independent commissioner position was occupied by former Chairman of the Gerindra DPD North Sulawesi Conny Lolyta Rumondor and Gerindra Party politician Widjojono Hardjanto.
