Bank Mandiri Operates 223 Branches During Eid Al-Fitr Holiday 2021

JAKARTA - PT Bank Mandiri Tbk. is said to be alerting 223 branch offices that will operate on a limited basis during the Idulfitri holiday period 2021, namely May 12-16, 2021 with service time at 08.30 to 15.00 WIB.

Corporate Secretary of Bank Mandiri Rudi As Aturridha said that on May 13, 2021, which coincides with the celebration of Eid al-Fitr and the ascension of Jesus Christ, as many as 25 Bank Mandiri branch offices are still operating on a limited basis, of which 3 are in the DKI Jakarta area.

Rudi added that banking services provided in the period include balance checks, deposits and cash withdrawals, book-entry, card replacement, unblocking, and gas station delivery orders to Pertamina.

"The operation of these branches is our commitment to serve the needs of customers, including on religious holidays. As for the selection of operational branches we focus on the Main Branch Office, especially in public locations," he said as reported by the official website, Monday, May 10.

Meanwhile, for cash withdrawal transactions, inter-branch transfers and monthly payments, customers can make through Bank Mandiri's electronic network (e-channel) totaling 13,112 units. In addition, the red plate bank is known to have more than 120,000 independent agents spread across various corners of Indonesia.

Mandiri agent is an extension of the company's hand in helping customers make financial transactions such as cash withdrawals and deposits, transfers between Mandiri accounts and other banks, PLN payments, BPJS, and credit purchases etc.

Meanwhile, from April 19 to May 16, 2021 Bank Mandiri has also prepared Cash amounting to Rp20.8 trillion in anticipation of increasing cash demand. That number increased by 9.4 percent compared to the amount prepared in the previous year.

Most of these allocations were used to meet atm cash replenishment needs reaching around Rp1.6 trillion per day in that period.
