JAKARTA - Minister of Villages and Regional Development Yandri Susanto targets the draft regulation regarding village funds to guarantee the Red and White Village Cooperative (Kopdes) loan to be issued in August 2025.
Yandri said the regulation would later contain obligations, procedures, and the flow of decisions at the Red and White Kopdes.

"In the near future, maybe (Permen PDT is published). I want it to be finished by the end of August," he said when met at the Office of the Coordinating Ministry for Food, Jakarta, Tuesday, July 29.
Even so, Yandri said the Kemendes PDT would still explain in more detail the contents of the PDT Permendes in the upcoming coordination meeting.
"So that this Permen is really a mutual agreement and there is no gap that might become a problem in the future," he explained.
In addition, Yandri also emphasized that Kopdes' operations are the responsibility of the Village Head to the ranks who are members of the Special Village Deliberation (Musdesu).
