JAKARTA - PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (IDX) reports that as many as 5 companies in the pipeline will hold an Initial Public Offering (IPO) in the Indonesian capital market.

Of the five companies, four companies were categorized as large-scale rice fields above Rp250 billion, and one medium-scale rice company was between Rp50 billion and Rp250 billion.

"As of July 18, 2025, 22 companies have listed shares (IPO) on the IDX with funds raised reaching Rp. 10.39 trillion," said IDX Director of Corporate Assessment I Gede Nyoman Yetna quoting Antara.

Based on the sector, Nyoman detailed as many as two companies in the raw goods sector, one energy sector company, one financial sector company, and one transportation & logistics sector company.

Furthermore, the IDX reports that there are 8 emissions from 5 debt securities and sukuk (EBUS) publishers who are in a pipeline (in line) to issue EBUS emissions in the Indonesian capital market.

As of July 18, 2025, 113 emissions from 65 EBUS publishers have been issued with funds raised reaching Rp129.2 trillion.

Meanwhile, for the rights issue, there have been 10 companies that have carried out rights issue with a total value of Rp9.51 trillion as of July 18, 2025.
