During the exhibition, IWIP opened a number of job vacancies for positions at the head office in Jakarta and the location of the IWIP area in Central Halmahera, North Maluku. This opportunity is open to the community, especially the younger generation who want to be involved in the nickel downstream industry in the Weda bay industrial area.
IWIP General Manager of External Relations, Yudhi Santoso, said that IWIP's participation in Job Fair 2025 is a tangible manifestation of the company's support for strengthening the national employment sector.
"At Job Fair 2025, IWIP opens 70 job vacancies out of 5,000 recruitment plans by 2025 as part of our commitment to create quality and sustainable jobs. We are targeting absorption to reach 100,000 workers by the beginning of 2026, as industrial estates continue to grow," he explained.

Yudhi also added that IWIP hopes that this involvement in Job Fair can expand access to job opportunities, strengthen synergies between industry, society and the government, and contribute directly to national employment development.
