Sandiaga Uno's statement was made after meeting with Aceh Governor Nova Iriansyah, talking about the investment plan for the United Arab Emirates tourism sector to Pulau Banyak, Aceh Singkil Regency.
Sandiaga explained that one of his agendas was to visit Aceh to make more detailed preparations regarding the investment plan from the UAE to the Tanah Rencong area, with an investment value of up to US $ 500 million to US $ 1 billion (around Rp. 14.5 trillion).
"Earlier in detail, we (with the Governor of Aceh) discussed the stages and plans for our readiness. After this we will hold a follow-up meeting with the relevant ministries so that the realization target of signing the agreement can be achieved," Sandiaga said.
