JAKARTA - PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk (JSMR) opened its voice after one of the resting and service places (TIP) or rest areas at KM 21B of the Jakarta 'Bogor'Ciawi (Jagorawi) toll road was confiscated by the Attorney General's Office (AGO) due to the corruption case of tin governance.
Senior Manager Representative Office 1 Jasamarga Metropolitan Tollroad Alvin Andituajat Singarimbun said that his party would fully hand over the legal process that applies to the authorities
Even so, Alvin ensured that until now the KM 21B rest area is still operating and can still serve people passing along the Jagorawi Toll Road
"Based on TIP KM 21B management information, after the installation of the sign, TIP KM 21B is still operating as usual and can still serve road users," Alvin said in a written statement, Thursday, May 22.
According to Alvin, even though it is located on Jasa Marga's managed toll road, Jasa Marga's rest area of KM 21B Jagorawi is not managed directly by Jasa Marga, but is managed by a third party partner, namely PT Karya Surya Ide Gemilang.
"So, all legal processes that are running are not related to PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk," he said.
As for now, the Jagorawi Toll Road has five rest areas, three of which are located on lane A (Ciawi direction) and the other two are on lane B (direction) Jakarta.
Three rest areas located on track A are located at KM 10, KM 35 and KM 45. Meanwhile, two rest areas are located on lane B, namely KM 38 and KM 21, which have been confiscated by the AGO.
"Jasa Marga will continue to coordinate with related parties to ensure TIP operations are maintained according to minimum service standards in effect," he added.
