JAKARTA - PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BSI) reshuffled the board of directors and commissioners through the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS).
"The last AGMS event is the approval of changes to the company's management," said Deputy President Director of BSI Bob Tyasika Ananta quoting Antara.
Through the AGMS, former Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Culture Muhadjir Effendy was appointed as President Commissioner of BSI, replacing former Chairman of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) Muliaman Hadad.
Then, BSI appointed Anggoro Eko Cahyo as President Director, replacing Hery Gunardi, who is now the President Director of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.
