Unloading Mega Corruption At Pertamina, The Government Creates Energy Governance For People's Interests

JAKARTA The Underground Forces (Pasbata) expressed their full support for the government's steps in efforts to clean up the mafia, especially in the energy sector such as Pertamina.

Moreover, the mega corruption case which is currently being investigated in Pertamina with a state loss of up to Rp193.7 trillion.

"We believe this effort is a real step towards creating more transparent, fair, and in favor of the interests of the people," said Deputy Secretary General of Pasbata Jose in his statement, Sunday, March 9.

Jose emphasized that the energy mafia has long harmed the state and society with fraudulent practices that hinder people's welfare.

His party also ensured that Pasbata was on the front lines to guard the government in eradicating the mafia.

"With the strong commitment of the government to curb and clean up these illegal practices, we from Pasbata stand at the forefront to guard and support every policy aimed at eradicating the mafia," he added.

On the other hand, his party invites the public to continue to support and be loyal to domestic products while always using Pertamina's official products. This needs to be done as support for a cleaner and sovereign national energy industry.

Then, don't hesitate to fight the energy mafia by reporting all forms of irregularities or fraudulent practices that harm the state and people.

The public is also invited to always spread positive information as support for the government's efforts by providing education to the public about the importance of maintaining transparency in the energy sector.

The community must also play an active role by becoming part of the changes by supporting government programs in national energy reform.

"Pasbata is ready to support and oversee this big step for a cleaner, stronger, and sovereign Indonesia. Together we fight the mafia, for a better energy future!," he said.

Jose emphasized that the full support from the community can certainly create a cleaner, fairer, and beneficial energy industry for all Indonesian people.

By loving local products and remaining loyal to Pertamina, we together build strong and sovereign national energy resilience.

"We are making Pertamina more transparent and competitive! Use Pertamina's official products. Don't leave Pertamina! Always use official fuel from Pertamina to ensure the quality and support the national economy. Support national energy companies to stay strong and be able to compete in the global industry," he concluded.
