Promo Requirements And Provisions
Anne said customers who want to get promo rates can purchase tickets through all official KAI ticket sales channels, including the Access by KAI application, the kai.id website, station counters, and other official sales partners.
"Complete information regarding the list of trains that get discounts can be accessed through the Access by KAI application," he said.
The following are the terms and conditions for this promo as follows:
1. Purchases of tickets at discount rates can be made in all sales channels from March 7 to 17, 2025.
2. The discount rate applies for the departure period 7 to 17 March 2025.
3. The discount rate does not apply to the Luxury Train service class, Suite Class Partement, Priority, Imperial, Panoramic, and/or other Tourism Trains.
4. Discounts do not apply at special rates and cannot be combined with reductions and/or other discounts.
5. Tickets with discount rates can be canceled and the schedule changed according to applicable regulations.
6. Schedule and list of trains that get discounts can be seen through the Access by KAI application.
7. Promo valid as long as ticket allocations and discount rates are still available.
