Had Stopped Temporarily, Kalayang Soekarno-Hatta Airport Returned To Operation

JAKARTA - Kalayang Soekarno-Hatta Airport has returned to normal after previously being temporarily suspended due to technical problems. With the re-operation of this service, the transfer of passengers from the airport train to the terminal with Kalayang is re-integrated.

Kalayan at Soetta Airport can be accessed by service users through terminal 1, terminal 2, terminal 3, and Airport Train Station.

Asst. Deputy Communication and Legal of Soekarno-Hatta Airport, M. Holik Muardi said that his party continues to strive to provide the best service for all service users, including ensuring the smooth operation of interterminal supporting transportation modes.

He also ensured that maintenance and service evaluation would continue to be carried out in order to maintain Kalayang's operational quality and reliability and improve the passenger's travel experience.

"We are grateful for the patience of service users during the repair process. With Kalayang's re-operation, we hope that the mobility of inter-terminal passengers will be smoother and more comfortable," he said in an official statement, Wednesday, February 19.

Holik said Kalayang is part of an integrated transportation system at Soekarno-Hatta Airport designed to improve the smooth interterminal displacement.

"As an airport with intense passenger mobility, we continue to optimize various facilities, including Kalayang, to maintain level of service and ensure better travel experience for all service users," he said.

With this service improvement, Holik continued, Soekarno-Hatta Airport continues to be committed to providing a better travel experience for all service users.

"The evaluation of airport transportation facilities will continue to ensure the smooth operation and comfort of passengers," he explained.
