Sri Mulyani Publishes List Of K/L Budget Efficiency

JAKARTA - The government decided to carry out the efficiency of the Ministry/Institutional Budget (K/L) of IDR 256.1 trillion for the 2025 fiscal year. The policy was stated in Presidential Instruction (Inpres) number 1 of 2025 concerning Expenditure Efficiency in the Implementation of the State Budget and APBD for the 2025 fiscal year. The regulation was immediately implemented when it was issued on January 22, 2025. It was then reaffirmed through the Letter of the Minister of Finance Number S-37/MK.02/2025. Meanwhile, in the letter, Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani Indrawati also instructed the Minister/Institutional Leaders to identify the plan for the efficiency of K/L expenditures. This efficiency plan includes operational and non-operational expenditures throughout the entire K/L. However, the savings plan does not include employee expenditure or social assistance (bansos). This is stated in point 2a. Such efficiency is prioritized in addition to the budget sourced from loans and grants, pure rupiah companions unless it cannot be implemented until the end of the FY 2025. Then, the budget sourced from Non-Tax State Revenue of the Public Service Agency (PNBP-BLU) except for those deposited into the state treasury of the 2025 TA, as well as the budget sourced from State Sharia Securities (SBSN) and becomes underlying assets in the context of SBSN issuance. In addition, K/L is required to convey the results of the identification of the budget efficiency plan as referred to in grain 2a to the DPR Commission partners to obtain approval. "Submitting a revised proposal in the form of budgeting according to the amount of efficiency in attachment and having received the approval of the DPR Commission partner. The Director General of Budget is at the latest on February 14, 2025," reads 2d. Meanwhile, if until February 14, 2025 K/L has not yet proposed a revision as referred to 2.d, then the Ministry of Finance will independently adjust and record it in the Budget Implement Implement List (DIPA).

"All processes in the context of K/L FA 2025 spending efficiency should be carried out in a transparent, accountable and responsible manner 51 swab, as well as free from Corruption, Collusion and Nepotism (KKN)," wrote the letter. Building, Vehicle and Equipment Rentals, with efficiency of 73.3 percent.9. Application Licenses, with efficiency of 21.6 percent.10. Consultant Services, with efficiency of 45.7 percent.11. Government assistance, with efficiency of 16.7 percent.12. Maintenance and maintenance, with efficiency of 10.2 percent.13. Office travel, with efficiency of 53.9 percent. Equipment and Machinery, with efficiency of 28.15 percent. Infrastructure, with efficiency of 34.3 percent.16. Other spending, with efficiency of 59.1 percent.
