The Minister Of SOEs Collaborates With The Ministry Of MSMEs, The Minister Of PKP, And The Head Of BPOM To Realize The Success Of The 100 Working Day Prabowo Gibran Program

JAKARTA - In order to carry out 100 Working Days of President Prabowo Gibran's Government, the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), in synergy with the Minister of Housing and Settlement Areas (PKP), the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), and the Head of the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency (BPOM), have succeeded in achieving a number of important advances in various sectors that have a direct impact on the economy and welfare of the Indonesian people.

Thanks to this collaboration, various strategic policies have been implemented to accelerate infrastructure development, strengthen the MSME sector, and improve the quality and safety of consumer products. All these policies have an important role in supporting national economic recovery.

"The capacity of the Ministry of SOEs as a support system of technical ministries is ready to commit and fully support all programs that have become the focus of President Prabowo's government. So, SOEs are ready to collaborate intensively with various ministries, agencies, and institutions in realizing programs for national economic recovery and improvement," said the Minister of SOEs, Erick Thohir in Jakarta, Wednesday, January 22.

1. Economic Equity & Eradication of Poverty in Acceleration of Construction of 3 Million Houses

Dalam 100 hari kerja pemerintahan, Menteri BUMN bersama Menteri PKP, telah mempercepat pembangunan proyek infrastruktur utama, termasuk rumah subsidi untuk masyarakat terburuh rendah. Kementerian BUMN bersama Perumnas berhasil membangun dan menyediakan hunian layak, nyaman, dan terjangkap yang berkonsep Transit Oriented Development (TOD), yang terlokasi di beberapa wilayah strategis.

Among them, Samesta Mahata Margonda, which provides 940 units and the only residence that is integrated with Pondok Cina KRL Station. Then, Samesta Mahata Serpong which prepares 1,861 units and is integrated with Rawabuntu Station. Samesta Mahata Tanjung Barat which builds 1,216 residential units that also stick with Tanjung Barat Station, and Samesta Parayasa, which is the only residence, has the concept of TOD Landed, and is joined by Lumpang Parayasa Station.

In fact, the Ministry of SOEs through PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk also provides affordable financing by designing a home ownership credit scheme (KPR) with a tenor of up to 30 years.

2. Strengthening the Economy in the Development of Creative Industries and Strengthening MSMEs

In realizing its commitment to Asta Cita, especially in the field of Economic Equity and Poverty Eradication, the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) together with the Minister of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) launched a program synergy to encourage entrepreneurship and development of the creative industry in Indonesia. This strategic step is expected to be able to accelerate inclusive economic growth and create more business opportunities for people in various regions.

This program involves all SOEs that are members of the "BUMN House" as strategic partners in training, mentoring, and facilitation for micro-business actors to local creators. By utilizing the network and SOE resources, this initiative is designed to have a direct impact on increasing the capacity of MSME actors, so that they have more competitiveness in the domestic and global markets.

In addition, the Minister of SOEs together with the Minister of MSMEs through Himbara Bank consisting of Bank Mandiri, Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), and Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) accelerated the MSME Traffic Jam Receivables Program. This step is expected to provide new opportunities for MSME players to rise and continue their efforts affected by various economic challenges.

3. Improved MSME Competitiveness and Quality in the Global Market through Supervision of Consumption Products Through Product Certification

The Minister of SOEs cooperated with the Head of the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency (BPOM) to carry out strategic cooperation in increasing the competitiveness and quality of MSMEs through the Certification program for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).

This collaboration aims to strengthen the monitoring system and product certification, especially products produced by MSMEs, so that MSMEs can increase competitiveness in the global market.

In this collaboration, BPOM provides assistance to MSMEs in the process of certifying products and supervising products produced by MSME actors, especially those related to health, food, and cosmetics.

The Ministry of SOEs also through Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Pegadaian, and PNM together provide full support for the BPOM product certification program through financing and assistance programs as well as education for MSME players who want to participate in the BPOM product certification process.

Bank Rakyat Indonesia provides financing for MSME players who will carry out the BPOM Product Certification process, Pegadaian provides micro-financing for MSME actors, and PNM helps MSMEs in accessing financing and training.

This financing program is expected to help MSMEs improve the quality of their products and meet the standards needed to obtain BPOM certification.

4. Inter-Institutional Transformation and Collaboration

The success of this 100 working day also reflects the increasingly solid synergy between agencies. BUMN companies not only act as drivers of infrastructure development, but also as strategic partners in accelerating community empowerment through the MSME sector and ensuring the quality of products circulating through BPOM.

The success of this synergy and collaboration is the driving force for the next step. The Minister of SOEs together with the Minister of PKP, the Minister of MSMEs, and BPOM will continue their commitment to expand the reach of the programs that have been implemented, focusing on greater achievement and more equitable community empowerment throughout Indonesia.
