Erick Reshuffles Director Of PT PAL, Deputy Head Of Danantara Kaharuddin Djenod Remains President Director

JAKARTA - Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Erick Thohir reshuffled the composition of directors and commissioners at PT PAL, a subsidiary of PT Len Industri (Persero). However, Erick still maintains Kaharuddin Djenod as President Director of PT PAL.

Kaharuddin Djenod himself currently serves as Deputy Head of the Danantara Investment Management Agency (BPI). This means that Kaharuddin Djenod held concurrent positions.

This decision was stipulated in the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) of PT PAL. The determination of the composition of the board of directors is contained in Decree Number SK-298/MBU/12/2024 and Number: 007/KRUPS/LEN-PAL/XII/2024 concerning the dismissal and appointment of members of the Board of Directors of PT PAL Indonesia.

In the composition of the board of directors, Erick decided to appoint Wiyono Komodjojo as Marketing Director, replacing Willgo Zainar. Erick also appointed Diana Rosa as Production Director, replacing Satriyo Bintoro. Then, appointed Briljan Gazalba as Director of Technology.

Meanwhile, the composition of commissioners appointed Muhammad Ali as President Commissioner and Tri Harsono as Independent Commissioner. Then, in the EGMS it was also decided to dismiss Didit Herdiawan and Harsusanto as Independent Commissioners.

The decision is contained in Decree Number SK-299/MBU/12/2024 and Number 008/KRUPS/LEN-PAL/XII/2024 regarding the dismissal and appointment of members of the Commissioner of PT PAL Indonesia.

The decree was passed by Erick Thohir as the government holding Series A Dwiwarna shares, and President Director of PT Len Industri (Persero) Bobby Rasyidin as the shareholder of Series B PT PAL Indonesia.
