ASDP Board Of Directors Reshuffle, Erick Thohir Appoints Heru Widodo As President Director

JAKARTA - Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Erick Thohir reshuffled the board of directors and commissioners of PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero).

He appointed Heru Widodo as President Director (Director) to replace Ira Puspadewi's position.

The changes to this board of directors were stipulated at the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) which was held on Tuesday, November 19.

"We believe that this new leadership will bring new enthusiasm in achieving the company's strategic targets and strengthening synergies in all operational lines," said Shelvy Arifin's Corporate Secretary in a statement, Wednesday, November 20.

It was also decided to change the nomenclature in line with the addition of the board of directors, namely the Deputy President Director which was filled by Yossianis Marcianis as Deputy President Director, and the Director of Operations & Transformation was filled by Rio Theodore Natianto Lasse.

Meanwhile, in the position of commissioner, it was decided to dismiss Saiful Haq Manan from the position of President Commissioner, as well as Hendar Ritriawan, Iwan Sugiarto, Budi Setiadi, and Edmil Nurdjamil from the position of Commissioner.

Then, it was determined that the appointment of Achmad Baidowi to occupy the position of President Commissioner, as well as Joddy Hernady, Elba Damhuri, and Siti Ariani to the position of Commissioner.

"The change of board of commissioners and the change in the nomenclature of these directors is part of the company's strategic steps to strengthen the organizational structure and answer business challenges in the future," Shelvy said.

With these changes, the composition of the latest ASDP commissioners and directors as follows:
