DataOn Humanica Holds 14th Annual HR Conference, Followed By 1,000 Participants

JAKARTA - DataOn Humanica managed to hold its 14th Annual HR Conference in Tribatra Darmawangsa, South Jakarta, by attracting more than 1,000 participants from various industries to discuss the future of Human Resource (HR) which is increasingly being pushed by data.

With the theme "Integrate, Innovate, Inspire: Data-Driven Empowerment for Tomorrow's Workforce", this conference presents various interesting and inspiring sessions.

Various speakers from well-known companies, such as Aloysius Bud Santoso from PT Astra International Tbk, David Arsendolf from Tiket.com and Karen Firmansidi from Superbank, shared experiences and insights regarding the use of data technology to empower employees and encourage innovation and improve company performance.

In his remarks, Gordon Enns, President Director and Group CTO DataOn Humanica, emphasized the importance of data-based strategies in addressing modern HR challenges.

"By utilizing data-based strategies, organizations can not only encourage efficiency but also create innovations that improve employee welfare," said ANTARA, Thursday, October 10.

During the event, DataOn Humanica also showcased its latest innovations, including the SunFish Workplace platform, which offers various solutions for HR management, including a more collaborative Helpdesk, OKR, and work ecosystem.

This conference is also a venue for the 2024 InspireHR Awards, which appreciates the best achievements in HR practices, among 41 entries, three main winners were announced, namely Excellence in HR Business Transformation: PT Bumitama Gunajaya Agro, Excellence in People Experience: PT Yamaha Electronics Manufacturing Indonesia, and Best HR Team of the Year: Royal Ambarrukmo

During the event, visitors received various interesting facilities, such as an HR technology exhibition from DataOn Humanica and free health services thanks to support from Good Doctor as Official Well-being Partner.

These health services include BMI tests, hair health tests, and other mini-checks.

With exhibitions, educational sessions, as well as entertainment from musician Marcell Siahaan, DataOn Humanica managed to hold an inspiring conference to prepare for a better HR future.
