Natural Gas User Industry Association Visits LNG FSRU Lampung Terminal

JAKARTA - PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGN) together with the Natural Gas User Industry Forum (FIPGB) directly inspected the process of distributing Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) and Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) at the LNG Floating Storage Regasification Unit Lampung (FSRU Lampung) Terminal.

The representatives of the industrial forum and customer associations were invited to the terminal located in the Java Sea and saw firsthand the boat-to-ship process for the transfer of LNG commodities from the shipping ship to the Lampung FSRU which came from BP Tangguh with a volume of 132,709 m3 LNG. In addition, the participants also held discussions related to FSRU operating activities and received education related to the LNG business chain.

PGN Commercial Director Ratih Esti Prihatini said, in addition to reviewing the LNG delivery process, the participants also held discussions regarding FSRU operating activities and received education related to the LNG business chain.

"This visit is to introduce our business processes to customers and PGN's efforts to educate the complexity of PGN's role in carrying out services and always provide the best efforts in ensuring reliability in carrying out its operations," said Ratih.
