Implementation Of Tembus Electronic Land Certificates From Target

JAKARTA - The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) revealed that the implementation of electronic land certificates exceeded the target.

Deputy Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Deputy Head of the National Land Agency (Wamen ATR/Waka BPN) Raja Juli Antoni said, currently there are 396 or 81.5 percent of Electronic Offices (A Land Offices that provide electronic services) and 26 Electronic Provinces.

"So there are 503,746 Electronic Land Certificates that have been issued by our ministry that have exceeded the previously determined target," said King Juli Antoni quoting Antara.

However, Raja Juli Antoni said that 90 land offices had not implemented electronic land certificates, so the relevant Directorate General was asked to check the obstacles faced by these land offices.

"We have to pay attention together, please Head of Regional Offices in the province to speed up the process of issuing Electronic Land Certificates in their respective places," he said.

Furthermore, he appealed to the revision process of Government Regulation Number 18 of 2021 which is the mandate of President Joko Widodo to be resolved properly through coordination with the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs (Kemenko).

"This revision is needed so that the scheme for granting rights intended for environmental service activities such as carbon trading can be implemented," said King Juli Antoni.

The Deputy Minister of ATR/Waka BPN further highlighted the progress of Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL), which has now reached 116.5 million registered land parcels, so that the implementation of the PTSL target in 2024 remains 3.5 million plots of land.

According to the data, he stated that the achievements of the Extensive Land Field Map (PBT) and PBT Fields were very good.

"God willing, I am optimistic that by the end of 2024 the target of 120 million registered land parcels can be achieved well. For the realization of PTSL, both wide PBT and PBT fields, I see a weekly realization of the surplus. A total of 91,535 hectares of PBT Surplus realizations are wide per week and 41,589 plots of land have a surplus of PBT Field realizations per week. This is at an encouraging achievement," said King Juli Antoni.
