EGMS And EGMS Of PT TKDN Tbk, Report Profit Achievement In 2023 And Appointment Of New Directors And Commissioners

JAKARTA - PT Teknologi Karya Digital Nusa Tbk or PT TKDN (TRON) today, Tuesday 30 July, held the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS). The offline and online meeting reported the company's performance in 2023 and approval for the addition of the Board of Directors and Commissioners.

President Director of PT Teknologi Karya Digital Nusa Tbk, David Santoso said, the company is optimistic about the prospects for 2024 with a focus on developing innovative B2B and B2C business lines, including strategic cooperation in the mining logistics industry, universal payment systems, and EV-based vehicle solutions technology.

"The company is also committed to supporting IKN development with smart transportation roadmaps and advanced technology solutions," said David, in his statement.

During 2023, the Company managed to record a total revenue of 187.5 billion, an increase of 74.39 percent from the previous year of Rp107.51 billion. The increase in revenue in 2023 had a positive impact on the Company's comprehensive profit which increased by 26.27 percent or equivalent to Rp3.92 billion, from Rp14.91 billion in 2022 to Rp18.83 billion in 2023.

The increase also occurred in the Company's total assets of 188.26 percent or equivalent to Rp161.42 billion, from Rp85.74 billion in 2022 to Rp247.16 billion in 2023. The same thing happened to the Company's equity which increased by 237.92 percent or equivalent to Rp148.68 billion, from Rp62.49 billion in 2022 to Rp211.17 billion in 2023.

Furthermore, through the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, changes to the composition of the Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners have been approved. In the EGMS, the shareholders approved the appointment of Thomson E Batubara as Commissioner replacing Mr. Mochammad Yana Aditya.

Thomson himself is a member of the PERADI Honorary Council (Indonesian Advocates Association) and President Commissioner of PT Moya Indonesia. Meanwhile, in the board of directors, shareholders approved the appointment of Wendy Jolanda Waas and Sultan Satria. The new composition of the Directors of PT Teknologi Karya Digital Nusa Tbk has the following composition:

In addition, the EGMS also approved to change the address of the Company's domicile from previously at The Linq at Central Kemayoran address, Jl. Trembesi Blok G-1 No. 826 East Pademangan, North Jakarta, to the address Jl. Sunter Muara No 8A, Sunter Agung Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta 14350.

The use of capital expenditure appropriately and increased operating costs were offset by an increase in revenue realization which increased by IDR 79.99 billion, making the Company confident that the Company's business continuity in the future has great potential.

Moreover, the Company also continues to expand its marketing and service areas to regions in Indonesia. Until now, the Company has a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with transportation service operators in 12 cities in Indonesia (the work agreement with several bus terminals in the North Sumatra area, to provide bus terminal monitoring solutions services).

The company continues to expand its presence in other cities in Indonesia, especially the realization of a new market share, namely cooperation with mining transport operator companies in the Kalimantan area and the provision of comprehensive transportation management solutions. With this strategy, the Company has a market share of >60 percent of cooperation with the private sector.

The Company is very optimistic that it can continue to achieve sustainable growth performance supported by stable and maintained economic conditions and government policies that are more accommodating to the investment climate in the Company's business activity sector.
