JAKARTA - PT Teknologi Karya Digital Nusa Tbk or PT TKDN (TRON) today, Tuesday 30 July, held the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS). The offline and online meeting reported the company's performance in 2023 and approval for the addition of the Board of Directors and Commissioners.

During 2023, the Company managed to record a total revenue of 187.5 billion, an increase of 74.39 percent from the previous year of Rp107.51 billion. The increase in revenue in 2023 had a positive impact on the Company's comprehensive profit which increased by 26.27 percent or equivalent to Rp3.92 billion, from Rp14.91 billion in 2022 to Rp18.83 billion in 2023.

The increase also occurred in the Company's total assets of 188.26 percent or equivalent to Rp161.42 billion, from Rp85.74 billion in 2022 to Rp247.16 billion in 2023. The same thing happened to the Company's equity which increased by 237.92 percent or equivalent to Rp148.68 billion, from Rp62.49 billion in 2022 to Rp211.17 billion in 2023.

Furthermore, through the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, changes to the composition of the Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners have been approved. In the EGMS, the shareholders approved the appointment of Thomson E Batubara as Commissioner replacing Mr. Mochammad Yana Aditya.

Thomson himself is a member of the PERADI Honorary Council (Indonesian Advocates Association) and President Commissioner of PT Moya Indonesia.
