AirAsia Has Style, Tour Packages To Lake Toba Fly And Stay 3 Days Starting From IDR 699,000

JAKARTA - AirAsia is working with the Indonesian Hotel and Restaurant Association (PHRI) to revive the tourism sector. The airline offers vacation packages in its latest promo program, namely holidays to Medan or visiting Lake Toba, with prices starting at IDR 699,000.

President Director of AirAsia Indonesia, Veranita Yosephine said this was a special promotion entitled SNAP (AirAsia hotel and flight packages). This holiday package is here to encourage tourist visits to priority destinations as a form of support for accelerating economic recovery in the country.

She said the price offered includes round-trip flight tickets from Jakarta to Medan and staying at the hotel for 3 days 2 nights. SNAP promotions can be obtained through the AirAsia super application from 19 to 21 March 2021 for the period of departure from 28 March to 30 June 2021.

"Promotion of special prices for collaboration between AirAsia and PHRI is a concrete manifestation of our commitment to support tourism recovery", he said at PHRI National Working Meeting, Thursday, March 18.

Veranita further said that AirAsia is the first airline to collaborate with hotels to offer tour package deals.

"Airlines with hotels are like a bottle with cap. So if the tractor lot of airlines is low, it is likely that hotel occupancy will also be challenging. That's why we synergize", she explained.

Veranita hopes that this promotion can spark interest in traveling while promoting health. AirAsia is also committed to continuing to maintain health protocols during flights to destinations.

"We also invite more hotels to join the AirAsia super application platform to promote super-priority destinations and in other cities by presenting more similar promos in the future,", she said.
