PTK Appoints Three New Directors In Its Subsidiaries

PT Pertamina Trans Kontinental (PTK) appointed three new directors in its subsidiary, namely PT Pertamina Marine Solutions (PMSol), PT Pertamina Marine Engineering (PME), and PT Trans Yeong Maritime (TYM).

Through the circular General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS), PTK officially appointed Heri Santika Permana as Director of PME previously held by Yada Prawira Ganta, Dian Prama Irfani as Director of PMSol previously held by Eka Candra Dinata, and Soleh Komarudin as President Director of TYM previously held by Irwan Dwi Aprianto.

"We welcome you to join the new Board of Directors, and would like to thank you for the contribution of the previous Board of Directors. Hopefully, the selected new Directors can work optimally to support PTK and Subholding Integrated Marine Logistics (SH IML) as maritime service companies integrated with a global scale," said I Ketut Profit as President Director of PTK, Monday, July 1.

I Ketut Laba revealed that the change of Board of Directors in PTK's subsidiary was a refresher and in line with the business transformation of PTK. The people appointed are also people who do have a background in the marine sector and are in the SH IML environment. Also have a good career trace in Pertamina Group.

Heri Santika Permana, who has served since May 15, 2024, as Director of PME previously held the Vice President of Terminal Operation at Pertamina Energi Terminal (PET) which is also a subsidiary of PT Pertamina International Shipping (PIS). Previously, Heri Santika had also served as Operation Head at several Fuel Terminals (FT) and Integrated Terminals (IT) such as FT Cikampek, IT Kertapati, FT Tanjung Gerem, FT Pulau Sambu.

Then, Dian Prama Irfani, who was inaugurated on June 24, 2024 as Director of PMSol, previously held the position of Manager of Merger & Acquisition PIS. The director of Sleman's birth has also previously served as a Business Development Manager at Pertamina (Persero) and several other positions in Pertamina Group.

Meanwhile, Soleh Komarudin, who was inaugurated on June 24, 2024 as President Director of TYM along with the Director of PMSol, previously held the position of Vice President of Marine Services at Pertamina Port and Logistics, which is a subsidiary of PTK as well. The director, who is usually called Captain Soleh, has also been the captain of the tanker for international routes and has filled the position of manager of SSA & Crisis Management PIS.

The inauguration of the Director of Subsidiaries of PTK is carried out in conjunction with the appointment of other Directors in SH IML environment which will be held on June 24, 2024 at the Oil Center Building, Central Jakarta. In addition to the Director of PTK, the appointment of the Director of Subsidiaries of PTK was also witnessed directly by the CEO of PIS, Yoki Firnandi and other SH IML management.
