Ministry Of PUPR Builds ASN Flats In Central Java, Target Completed October 2024

JAKARTA - The Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) is building flats (rusun) for State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in Semarang, Central Java. The flats built are one tower as high as 8 floors with 60 45 residential units with complete facilities.

In the tower, there is already a multipurpose room and place of worship for ASN. Not only that, the flats will also be equipped with lobby, office, mini market, transformer space, generator and parking area.

"We will continue to carry out the construction of flats to provide decent housing for the community, including ASN in the regions," said Director General of Housing of the Ministry of PUPR Iwan Suprijanto in a statement quoted on Saturday, May 11.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Java III Housing Provision Implementation Center (BP2P) Syamsiar Nurhayadi stated that his party will continue to accelerate the construction of vertical housing for ASN in Central Java. This is necessary so that ASNs have decent housing and are able to improve performance and enthusiasm to provide the best service to the community.

Based on data from the P2P Center of the Directorate General of Housing, the construction of ASN flats is carried out by the Central Java Provincial Housing Provision Work Unit starting at the end of December 2023 and is expected to be completed in October 2024.

The PUPR ASN flat was built on Jalan Soekarno-Hatta, Karangjati KM. 26 Bergas District, Semarang Regency, Central Java. The contractor for the construction of the flat is PT Abadi Prima Inti Karya with Construction Management of PT Artefak Arkindo KSO PT Aneta.

It is known, the time for the construction of the flat as high as eight floors with 60 type 45 residential units is estimated to take around 341 days.

"Currently, the realization of development progress in the field has reached 21.46 percent and will continue to grow. Currently, workers are carrying out plate, scorer and plate casting on the fifth floor. We hope that development will continue to run well and smoothly so that ASN and their families can immediately occupy this vertical residence," he added.
