Ahead Of The GMS, The Issuer Plans To Re-spread Dividends

JAKARTA - Ahead of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the AGMS), the issuer PT Segar Kumala Indonesia Tbk (BUAH) plans to return to distribute dividends to shareholders.

PRUK's Corporate Secretary, Syanne said, after successfully distributing dividends of Rp. 14 billion in the first period since being listed on the stock exchange, FRUK plans to return to distributing dividends to all shareholders this year.

Syanne said, Renny Lauren as the President Director of the company plans to re-propose the distribution of dividends at the AGMS which is planned to be held on May 2, 2024.

"The proposal for the distribution of this dividend will later be discussed in the eyes of the company's AGMS agenda which is planned to be held on May 2, 2024, so this proposal is still waiting for the results of the approval from the AGMS later," said Syanne, Monday, April 22.

The nominal dividend proposed for this year is IDR 23,- per share. This figure is increasing rapidly compared to the distribution of the company's first dividends in the previous year, which amounted to IDR 14.- per share or IDR 14 billion distributed to all shareholders.

Syanne explained, through this dividend distribution plan, FRUIT shows its commitment to shareholders and this plan is a form of appreciation given by the company for the support and trust of shareholders so that FRUITs can continue to grow.

"This is a time that all children have been waiting for and is a momentum to show stability and healthy growth from the company", concluded Syanne.
