The Daily Average Transaction Value Increases By 10.88 Percent, The JCI In A Week Is Sluggish

JAKARTA The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) announced that based on IDX stock trading data during the period from March 25 to 28, 2024, it was closed in various ways.

The increase in a week occurred in the average daily transaction value of 10.88 percent to Rp11.27 trillion from Rp10.17 trillion a week ago.

Furthermore, market capitalization changed by 0.48 percent from Rp11,748 trillion in the previous week to Rp11,692 trillion at the close of this week.

The Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) this week also changed, which was 0.83 percent by closing at 7,288.813 from 7,350.152 at the close last week.

Meanwhile, the average volume of daily stock transactions changed by 10.10 percent over the week, to 14.83 billion shares from 16.50 billion shares a week ago.

Furthermore, the average daily transaction frequency of shares also changed by 10.53 percent to 1.020 thousand transactions from 1.139 thousand transactions a week ago.

Then, foreign investors yesterday recorded a net sale value of IDR 390.5 billion and throughout 2024 foreign investors had recorded a net purchase value of IDR 26.28 trillion.
