JAKARTA - The Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (KKP) affirms its commitment to continue to evaluate sea space utilization permits. This is done to encourage the realization of spatial planning in accordance with the spatial plan or zoning plan.

Acting Director of Marine Spatial Planning KKP Suharyanto said this evaluation was a follow-up to the Regulation of the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (Permen KP) Number 28 of 2021 and the Decree of the Director General of Marine and Marine Space Management Number 77 of 2023.

"All activities that have obtained KKPRL in Bangka Belitung Province are required to fulfill all obligations listed on the attachment to KKPRL documents, including submitting written reports every year to the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries," he said.

Dyah also emphasized the responsibility of PT Belitung Pantai Intan to maintain the sustainability of the ecosystem in the plan to develop sustainable and environmentally friendly tourism.
