JAKARTA - The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) noted that the realization of exports of West Papua Province was dominated by oil and gas (oil and gas) commodities worth US$313.46 million or 99.13 percent of total exports of US$316.21 million in December 2023.

Exports of oil and gas commodities from West Papua were also sent to a number of other countries such as Mexico, Papua New Guinea, Timor Leste, Singapore, Taiwan, Vietnam, and Greece.

"West Papua's exports to countries in Asia reached 95.37 percent (301.56 million US dollars), America 4.44 percent (14.06 million US dollars), and others," said Merry.
